SPECIAL EVENTS (We are available for just about everything)
Our partner covers anything that we cannot cover year round
- Starts at $250 (Advance).
- Travel time, Initial Consultation, camera time used up to one hour total before the hourly rate starts
- $100 per hour after that (One Photographer) taking pictures and then time for reviewing, cropping, editing, making changes to original images to upload
- $100 per hour for Second Photographer ($200 per hour for two after 1st hr)
- Some cases $500 (Advance) will be required
- Otherwise we will make every effort to work within your budget and a flat rate will be worked out. In that case, the full entire fee will be due in advance
SPORTS EVENTS:
- We normally cover Sporting Events free of charge, however in other cases there will be a minimum deposit required to cover the photographer's travel time & expenses. People always say "Oh yeah, we'll buy every picture that you take" but that has never happened. We don't set a minimum here because there are too many variables. Some events will just be considered "Special Events"
- We always like to make sure that we have permission from the host facility
FAMILY, CHILDREN, PETS (Indoors or out):
- Consultation Fees start at $50 (minimum) for weekday and $100 for weekend
- $100 to $500 deposit depending on how much time we estimate
- Travel time, Initial Consultation up to one hour total
- "Camera time" will be $100 per hour 24/7/365 days a year
- All other charges same as Special Events above after that
COMMERCIAL, REAL ESTATE, VEHICLES, ALL BUSINESS TO BUSINESS REQUESTS:
- $300 deposit (Travel, Initial Consultation and camera time up to ONE HOUR)
- $150 per hour after the first hour (Travel, Consultations, Taking Pictures, Our Crop, Edit and Review time, etc. Our upload time is free
- If you prefer a flat rate, we can do that to if you pay in full before we start
- Future consultations about the work or assistance in orders is $100 an hour

including talking on the phone about changes and assistance or help.
- CD's: Minimum charge per CD is $50 (Images
are
extra)
- Copyrights Personal: $50 per image unless
we make prior
arrangements
- Copyrights Business: $100 per images unless we
make prior arrangements
- We prefer to print the images so that we
know "what others see"
- I have some of those $0.19 cent
prints...IMHO, they are worthless over time
