Aneurysm,
Death and Life After Brain Surgery
Giving time to the Next
Generation of Youth
By Tracy Nix
This
is a book I have worked on for 15 years since the rupture of one of two brain
aneurysms in 1992. It has been very difficult for me to deal with or talk about
emotionally, but I wanted to share the story with you. I will never be completely
healed physically or emotionally and my way of dealing with
life is simply finding a way to give time to the NEXT
GENERATION of Youth! It might be something as simple as a picture for
them to share with other generations!
(1992) "Mr.
Nix, please sign here. We need to operate on your brain" is
where my journey began
IT
IS ONE THAT WILL ETERNALLY NEVER END
(1992)
"Mr. Nix, you will never walk again" were the
words that started my years of rehab
(2007)
"Tracy, we found 2 more aneurysms in your brain and need to operate to fix
them"...
...Were the words that convinced me to finish
the last paragraph and sentence of my book and share it with the public. Something
hard for me to do, but since I do not know if I will be alive one day or one century,
with God beside me -
I will continue to live every moment of my life as it
were my last moment before I see Jesus (again).
I will patiently wait for
that moment. The next time God asks me "Are you ready", I will say "Absolutely!"

know what happened!"
Enjoy
this verse before you read parts of my book: Praise be to the God and Father of
our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who
comforts us in all our troubles, so that we CAN comfort those in any trouble with
the comfort we ourselves have received from God. For Just as the sufferings of
Christ flow over to our lives, so also through Christ our comfort overflows. IF
we are distressed, it is for your comfort and salvation, if we are comforted,
it is for your comfort, which produces in you patient endurance of the same sufferings
we suffer. And our hope in you is firm, because we know that just as you share
in our sufferings, so also you share in our comfort.
